I’m going to walk you through this, step-by-step:
Go to this page at AAA Anime and print it out:

Go to your local comic shop and walk up to the counter and ask him or her if they know what Yaoi is.
If they say they never heard of it, grab the limited-edition cold-cast porcelain bust of DC Comics Big Barda, walk over to them and force them face down onto the counter, pull down their pants, and sodomize them with Barda, for being so damn stupid.
If they say they know what Yaoi is, then avoid a possible E-Felony charge and just hand them your printout from AAA Anime. Leave them your phone number, so they can call you when it arrives.

Do they have to order it from aaa anime? Can’t they get it directly from DQ?

Hey Nuu! There’s been a rash of outcry in the fandom about fans not finding DQ titles in their comic shop. The thing is, most direct market vendors [small comics shops] will always order exactly what you ask them to, if you make it easy for them. Tell them to visit DQ is not going to get you as far as just walking in with an actual online order sheet from a wholesaler. AAA Anime is a legit distributor for Dramaqueen titles, just like Consortium, and so they will have RUSH available at a wholesale price. ^_^

I just stumbled across this blog after searching for information on Rush volumes.
Luckily, the small-town book store I buy my manga and comics from, already has a HUGE supply of yaoi titles. Imagine my surprise (and utter OMGWTFBBQ glee) when I checked through the woman’s stock and found RUSH Volumes 00 and 01. -SNATCHGRABSLAPSOMEMONEYDOWN-
I’m thrilled with all of the work in it and the two volumes actually travel all over with me in my shoulder bag, just in case I need a delightful yaoi fix in the middle of the day. At work, on the train, in the doctor’s office waiting for an appointment, etc. There’s never enough time in the day for my life and RUSH. >_
